Map of the German Settlements of Galicia, 1913
A multi-color map in German language of the German colonial settlements in Galicia, mapped by Freytag & Berndt of Vienna and published by the Lemberg-based Federation of German Christians in Galicia. In addition to coloring each district in four levels according to its population density of German colonists, individual settlements are underlined by the local majority religious denomination, with black for Catholics and red for Evangelicals. These details are also provided in a table listing all of the settlements together with information about local schools. Former German colonies are also indicated on the map. This historic paper map is preserved by the National Library of Poland.
