A two-color general plan of Tarnów (Tarnow) in English language, produced in 1943 by the Polish Armed Forces General Staff in exile in London for the Geographical Section, General Staff of the British War Office. The map indicates massed building blocks and smaller unnamed streets on a structure which identifies major roads, the rail station and lines, and other significant land and waterway features by their Polish names. Commonly-understood map symbols highlight bridges, parks, creeks, cemeteries, forests, and industrial works. This historic paper map is digitally presented by the WIG Map Archive.
