A full-color map of the Second Republic of Poland showing the 15+1+1 voivodeship administration of the country, from about 1927; former Galicia became the southeastern four voivodeships in new Poland. Created by Wilhelm Pokorny and Adam Tomaszewski and published by the Polish Bookstore of Bernard Połoniecki in Lwów, this very detailed map shows rivers and lakes, roads and highways, two levels of railroads, transport connections to all major towns and cities in the surrounding countries, and indicates elevations of significant mountain peaks.
