Lithographed black & white map with dashed kreis (administrative circle) boundaries from an atlas of Europe published by Göschen of Leipzig about 1828, lithographed by Wilhelm Ernst August von Schlieben (1781~1839). This map covers three adjacent kreise of Galicia, numbered here with head cities of 14: Brzeżany (Бережани, Berezhany, Brzezan), including Rohatyn and Bobrka; 15: Tarnopol (Тернопіль, Ternopil), including Husiatyn, Grzymalów, and Zbaraż; 16: Czortków (Чортків, Chortkiv, Czortkow), including Tłuste and Skała. The map is small but sharp and well-detailed, and includes all major and many minor towns, key roads, rivers and lakes, and a scale bar in miles.
