A partly-colored administrative map of the Kingdom of Galicia with Bukovina, created by Carl Ferdinand Weiland and published by the Geographical Institute in Weimar in 1832. The map quantifies the area and populations of each of 19 kreise (administrative circles) and their populations. It also shows towns in six size categories, identifies significant castles, monasteries, and universities, and traces key roads and rivers. Original copy of the map from the Central Library of Geography and Environmental Protection, digitized by the Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization of the Polish Academy of Sciences; digital copy sourced by Jay Osborn from the Repozytorium Cyfrowe Instytutów Naukowych (RCIN).
