A nearly-complete full-color cadastral map of the city of Żydaczów (Жидачів, Zhydachiv, Ziditshov, Zidichov, זידיטשוב) between Stryi and Rohatyn in western Ukraine, surveyed and lithographed in 1850. This is a final-state cadastral map including land and building parcel numbers but no house numbers, with many later redline revisions especially around the market square. A Hasidic center since the early years of the Kingdom of Galicia, as seen on the map in 1850 Żydaczów featured a large Jewish cemetery north of the square, which was ringed by wooden buildings (colored yellow). Elsewhere on the map are two large churches and a growing Christian cemetery. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
