Żółkiew II. Theil Cadastral Map 1854
A complete full-color cadastral map of the "second part" (Theil) of Żółkiew (Жовква, Zhovkva, זאָלקוואַ), surveyed and lithographed in 1854. This is a final-stage map including building and land parcel numbers. Curiously, this cadastral area shares no common border with Żółkiew I. Theil, the center part of the town; the two areas named Żółkiew are separated by a portion of the village of Winniki. The land here is almost entirely agricultural, with hundreds of land parcels but barely ten building parcels, and no village per se. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
