Obertyn Town Feldskizzen 1825

An incomplete but full-color and detailed cadastral feldskizzen of Obertyn (Обертин, Obertin, אוברטין), edition of 1825. Two large sheets covering the northern section of the town of Obertyn, including most of the market area and with surrounding farmlands, roads, several waterways, and two cemeteries. Highly annotated with parcel numbers, and landowner names on nearly every parcel. The original map was cut, cloth-backed, and folded for portability. As feldskizzen, these sheets are drawn to imperfect scale, so cartographic details do not align well at sheet edges. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv (TsDIAL).
