Mościska Cadastral Field Sketch 1852
A full-color cadastral field sketch of the residential and commercial center of Mościska (Мостиська, Mostyska), surveyed in 1852. As an initial field sketch, the geographic accuracy of the map is poor but the genealogy value is high because it is annotated with house numbers. Some sheets of the full map are missing, but all sheets with buildings are included here. The town square and surrounding streets were sketched at double scale on the sheet shown to the left; this section fits into the blank area in the map center. Part of a village across the river which is now incorporated into Mościska is shown on a separate sheet to the right. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
