Kraków Composite Cadastral Map ca. 1900
A complete, partially-colored, composite lithographed cadastral map of the major Galician city of Kraków (Krakau, Cracow, Krakow, קרקוב), assembled from several incomplete sheet sets based on surveys and revisions around the year 1900. This is a final-stage cadastral map including land and building parcel numbers but no house numbers, with redline revisions on some sheets from surveys of unknown dates. The map features new urban development since the prior survey map of 1856, especially the filling-in of a branch of the Wisła River separating Kraków Old Town from the Kazimierz district (where the Jewish community was prominent) and its conversion to today's ul. Józefa Dietla. This historic paper map is preserved by the Archiwum Narodowe w Krakowie.
