A complete uncolored cadastral field sketch of the town of Jazłowiec (Yazlovets, Язловець, יאַזלאָװיץ, Yazlovitz, Yablunivka) west of Czortków near the eastern border of Galicia, re-surveyed and lithographed in 1861. This geographically precise map served as a base for an undated later survey revision, annotated with house numbers rather than tax parcel numbers. Features include the castle perched above the Olchowiec River, a narrow market square squeezed between waterways, a church with a monastery, a large synagogue, and large Jewish and Christian cemeteries. Several surveyors' notes and working sketches are also found on the map. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
