A full-color cadastral map of the residential and business center of Jaworów (Яворів, Yavoriv, יאַוואָראָוו), surveyed in 1849 and lithographed in 1852. Comprising 9 of the 32 sheets of a very large map, this center section includes the city's well-built market square, a large synagogue in an unusually ornate Jewish neighborhood, several churches and related monasteries, two Jewish and three Christian cemeteries, all built around a large complex of ponds plus productive land fed by the Szkło river. As a final-stage cadastral (property) record, this map is annotated with land and building parcel numbers. This historic paper map is preserved and scanned by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
