A complete full-color cadastral map of the town of Grodzisko (Grodzisko Miasteczko, Grodzhitsk, גראָדזשיצק), today joined with the village of Grodzisko Dolne, surveyed and lithographed in 1853. This is a final-state cadastral map including land and building parcel numbers but no house numbers, with redline revisions from an undated later survey. The small town of Grodzisko had only a fraction of the population of the two villages which straddled it, but in 1900 the town was 70% Jewish. By 1853 the map shows a double market square, a marked synagogue, and a modest Jewish cemetery to the west of the squares. Extensive revisions across the map indicate many ongoing changes. Images for this map were provided to Gesher Galicia by the Archiwum Państwowe w Przemyślu.
