An incomplete full-color composite cadastral indication sketch of the city of Bełz (Белз, Belz, Beltz, בעלז) from an 1854 survey, supplemented with panels of cadastral maps from surveys in 1878 and 1890. The main part of this development stage map includes both land and building parcel numbers plus house numbers. Although six panels are missing, most of the city with key urban features are shown, including the dense market square, a large marked synagogue and beit midrash, two large churches and a monastery, the Jewish cemetery, and the edge of the Christian cemetery. Many of the land parcels show the names of the owners as of the 1854 survey, including the Jewish community. This historic paper map is preserved by the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.
